DaraDara is a 200hr Certified Yoga instructor and Registered Nurse. Since becoming certified in December 2015, Dara has made it a priority to teach yoga and mindful meditation to women and people of color in an effort to bring healing and unified open-mindedness to the black community.
Shari NicoleShari is a RYT®-200 Yoga Alliance accredited instructor, offering Vinyasa flow, Athletic Yoga, Buti Yoga, HIIT, Dance Cardio, and much more!
CamilleIn the summer of 2018 Camille took a giant leap and traveled to Rishikesh India where she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training. Her goal is to expose yoga to populations of people that have not had access to yoga in their communities.
AliciaAlicia earned her 200hr yoga teaching certification from Zenya Yoga in Newport News, Virginia. Since then, Alicia has dedicated her time to teaching yoga as a holistic practice that will not only improve physical fitness but mental fitness as well. Favorite styles of yoga include Vinyasa and Restorative.
RebeccaRebecca is certified in Buti Yoga, Buti Sculpt, and Buti Bands, three HIIT-based yoga formats. Rebecca's drive to help others live a healthier lifestyle goes beyond the physical.
DerneekaDerneeka is a Certified Life Coach, Yoga Instructor (RYT200), Reiki Healer, and Transformational Travel Specialist, with a mission to normalize conscious living, guiding those she serves to expand their minds in ways that promote a deeper connection to their higher self, explore various paths to connect with self and experience self-love and life in new creative ways.

Grae Wellness Lounge provides holistic and modern wellness experiences expressed through yoga and meditation classes, private yoga, meditation and life coaching, wellness workshops and events, and interactive community activities.
