Timothy Grae grew up in Harlem, NY and has always had a passion for health and wellness. From his time as a musician, to partnering with Healing Hands mobile spa, to becoming a Spa Manager at Equinox, his underlying interests in the fitness community always came forward.
He pursued further education and graduated from the renown Swedish Institute of Manhattan with a degree in Occupational Therapy and a focus in Eastern Medicine. He is licensed as a Master Massage Therapist and Healthcare Provider. Upon receiving his CPT (certified personal trainer), Grae realised that massage therapy and exercise would make for a healthy body and mind.
In 2014, he founded Grae Therapy, where his collective passions of music, knowledge, and healing, come together right in the heart of the City.
“I believe feeling good makes your life worth living. Fitness, massage and music is the perfect trifecta to energize your world. Creating that experience for others is why I do what I do.” -Tim Grae

Natasha is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Instructor. Natasha’s passion for self-care and healing began thirteen years ago during a series of acupuncture sessions. She immediately became fascinated with bodywork and slowly became interested in becoming a facilitator of the healing arts. She enrolled, studied and graduated from The Swedish Institute in April 2011. While in massage school Natasha began her own yoga practice. Yoga added a different level of bodywork and self-care into her life, allowing her to connect all the anatomy studies to her own body, being able to gain more body awareness, mindfulness and flexibility while also learning practical day to day skills enhancing one’s own overall well being.
Natasha's massage techniques smoothly blend medical, swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, and shiatsu into most sessions. Natasha also provides fire cupping.
